Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire relevant affiliates and KOLs for partnerships based on campaign objectives and target audience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, KOLs, and external partners.
Negotiate collaboration terms, commissions, and campaign agreements with affiliates and partners.
Monitor affiliate performance, including GMV and other key metrics, and optimize partnerships to achieve campaign and business targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL/Influencer Marketing, Partnership, or a related field.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer trends, social media platforms, and audience engagement strategies.
Familiarity with GMV, affiliate performance metrics, and performance-based campaigns.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
Willing to be placed in SCBD area.
