KOL & Affiliate Specialist

Responsibility

• Track each creator's live frequency, duration, product coverage, and GMV conversion
• Communicate daily with assigned creators to reinforce streaming goals and deadlines
• Provide live product updates, affiliate rates, talking points, and promotion info
• Align with internal ads team to coordinate boosting plans during key events
• Identify livestream content gaps and push for improvements (e.g. product storytelling, order flow)

Key Requirements

• Background in livestream management, KOL agency, or TikTok live affiliate
• KPI-driven mindset with hands-on creator communication experience
• Strong understanding of Shopee affiliate mechanics and live shopping behaviors
• Able to manage multiple creators, track metrics, and report issues with clarity
• English as a working language
