About The Role

We are a fast-moving parenting company focused on making a meaningful impact in the lives of families. As the KOL & Affiliate Manager, you will be pivotal in driving growth through innovative strategies and partnerships that resonate with our target audience. This role is key to reviving our affiliate program and ensuring that our influencer collaborations translate into substantial engagement and sales.

What You'll Own:

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the affiliate network specifically targeting vitamin and skin care product promotions for kids.
• Drive retention and loyalty initiatives for top affiliates through consistent engagement and value-added programs.
• Generate high-impact content by effectively managing KOL partnerships and overseeing the complete timeline of campaigns.

What Success Looks Like:

• Achieve a 10% monthly growth in GMV from affiliates on TikTok and Shopee.
• Improve overall ROI from affiliate partnerships, ensuring that campaigns are financially sustainable.
• Meet or exceed the target cost per views (CPV) for KOL-driven campaigns, focusing on premium target segments.
