What You'll Do:
As a KOL & Affiliate Intern, you'll be supporting our marketing team in managing influencer and affiliate marketing activities for our mom & baby brands. Your key responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end KOL and affiliate marketing activities, including acquisition, nurture, operational execution, and reporting.
- Assist in finding, approaching, and maintaining relationships with potential KOLs and affiliate partners.
- Build and maintain a structured database of KOLs and affiliates for future collaborations.
- Guide KOLs and affiliates through campaign briefs and ensure deliverables are aligned with brand standards.
- Supervise campaign execution and ensure all content is published accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; create reports and provide improvement insights.
- Stay updated on social media and affiliate marketing trends, as well as competitor activities.
What We're Looking For
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest or experience in influencer and affiliate marketing.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Social media savvy, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Excel/Sheets and reporting skills are a plus.
- Willing to work from office in TNP Group Head Office, Kelapa Gading.
