Key Account Staff

Job Description :

1. Sales Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor sales performance across all Modern Market Key Account (KA) customers and prepare sales achievement reports against management targets.
2. Purchase Order (PO) Management: Monitor and analyze customer POs through B2B applications, update GWMIS and sales systems, coordinate order fulfillment, and ensure timely product delivery to KA outlets.
3. Sales Data & Monthly Reporting: Maintain daily sales records (DSR) and prepare, analyze, and evaluate monthly reports covering selling-in, selling-out, service level, productivity, and market share.
4. Outlet Monitoring: Conduct random visits to KA outlets to monitor business process compliance and resolve operational issues in accordance with established procedures.
5. Other Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors and exercise authority in accordance with the applicable Delegation of Authority.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Key Account, preferably in FMCG.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales data analysis.
4. Familiar with PO processing, B2B platforms, and ERP systems.
5. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
6. Detail-oriented and able to work with deadlines.
