As a
Key Account Store Management , you will manage day-to-day collaboration with key brand partners and store teams to drive operational excellence, sales performance, and brand visibility across our omnichannel network. You will coordinate closely with principals, marketing, and operations teams to optimize store execution, product availability, and commercial outcomes. Your role will directly contribute to strengthening partner relationships and supporting sustainable business growth as we continue transforming together.
What You'll Do
- Manage relationships with brand partners to ensure store-level and category growth targets are achieved.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, stock availability, and promotional effectiveness across stores.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Handle operational and financial processes, including promotion claims, reimbursements, and reporting.
- Execute store activation initiatives, ensuring strong brand visibility and merchandising standards.
- Support pricing and promotion alignment with principals to remain competitive and drive conversion.
- Identify opportunities to improve store operations and enhance customer experience.
- Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management review.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Retail Operations, or Sales & Marketing, preferably in e-commerce or FMCG.
- Strong commercial acumen and interest in the fast-paced e-commerce and retail environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple functions.
