Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cempaka Putih for a Key Account Officer specializing in B2B Sales. The responsibilities include managing and nurturing relationships with key business clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. The Key Account Officer will also prepare financial and analytical reports, ensure exceptional customer service, and provide effective communication to support the clients security solution needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Finance-related knowledge
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and a strong understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the security services or B2B sales industry is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong professional relationships
