Job Description:

  • In charge of a set of key accounts to groom their performance on Shopee
  • Analyse accounts performance and operation metrics to provide solutions to optimise accounts performance
  • Work with accounts to execute campaign and sales strategies to achieve category and accounts ambitions
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, revenue, and operations teams, to ensure all executions are completed successfully
  • Engage accounts to participate in Shopee campaigns and work with them to execute and deliver campaign targets
  • Work with category managers to define, implement and execute growth strategy
  • Lead in-team projects to set up improvement processes and execute new initiatives
  • Develop and execute a category strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Stay informed about category trends and sellers and buyers behaviour.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum two years of working experience in management consulting, or e-commerce industry, or has a passion in the e-commerce industry
  • Experienced in managing project workstreams
  • Strong internal and external communication and senior stakeholder management
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking and ability to form actionable insights and recommendations using advanced analytic skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
