Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role located in Tanjung Priok. The Key Account Manager will oversee and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business plans, identifying growth opportunities, creating strategies to optimize customer satisfaction, and serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts. The role also involves analyzing market trends and aligning customer needs with company offerings to achieve mutual success.

Qualifications

• Strong Key Accounts and Account Management expertise to nurture and grow client relationships
• Proven skills in Business Planning and Analytical capabilities to develop effective strategies and solutions
• Proficiency in Customer Service to resolve client issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver results that drive mutual business success
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in managing key accounts, especially within the logistics or related industries, is a plus
