Job Description

Prism is hiring on behalf of the largest global fintech / banking software provider.

Our client is a global provider of mission-critical banking technology solutions across Lending, Payments, and Core Banking, supporting thousands of financial institutions across more than 100 countries.

Their integrated platform spans retail banking, transaction banking, lending, capital markets, and treasury, enabling banks to modernise and transform their operations across both on-premise and cloud environments.

In this role, you will be part of the ASEAN Lending Sales team, reporting to the Regional Director based in Singapore. You will work closely with leading banks in Indonesia to drive digital transformation across lending and core banking systems, while expanding strategic account value.

Key Account Manager – Financial Services Technology (Indonesia)

Jakarta / Indonesia (Hybrid) | ASEAN Coverage

What you'll do:

  • Drive new business and account growth across top-tier banks in Indonesia
  • Build and strengthen relationships with CXOs and senior banking stakeholders
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for complex technology solutions
  • Partner with system integrators and ecosystem partners to deliver large transformation programs

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in cloud and enterprise software or fintech sales
  • Strong experience working with Indonesian banks or financial institutions
  • Proven track record in account management, hunting, and revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of banking transformation, lending, or core banking systems
  • Strong hunter mindset with the ability to open doors and close complex deals
