Manage Lamipak product sales with assigned key accounts, including aseptic packaging materials, paper straws, caps, and other products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with various customer departments and Lamipak stakeholders.
Analyze customer strategies to identify new opportunities and projects.
Expand business and partnerships across different customer sites and factories.
Coordinate technical and marketing resources to support key accounts and build long-term partnerships.
Create and implement Key Account Development Plans covering schedules, budgets, operational, and technical support to strengthen customer relationships and enhance sales performance.
Qualifications :
Experience in the packaging industry (PE, flexible, or primary packaging).
510 years of proven track record in key account management or related roles.
Highly self motivated, independent, and results-driven.
