Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and existing customers across Indonesia
  • Accurately understand, interpret, and coordinate customer requirements
  • Take full ownership of sales performance, including distributor revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Develop sales and service strategies together with distributors for key accounts
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with key customers
  • Plan and execute sales and service activities
  • Support distributors in preparing proposals and quotations, especially for multinational clients
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and participate in marketing initiatives
  • Actively gather customer feedback and propose improvements or new product ideas
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and report insights to management
  • Share product knowledge internally and externally through training sessions and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and other departments
  • Work with regional managers to drive business growth
  • Compile and analyze distributor reports on customer progress, targets, and forecasts
  • Conduct market research on demand and competition

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Automation)
  • Possess own vehicle
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong confidence with a proven track record in sales
  • Good understanding of technical products
