Group Key Account Manager – MTI

An exciting opportunity to join a globally recognized multinational FMCG organization with a portfolio of trusted and market-leading consumer brands. We are currently partnering with this leading organization to appoint a Group Key Account Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships across the MTI channel. This role is suited for a commercially driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships while delivering outstanding business results.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior commercial leadership, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel strategies, driving sales growth, and strengthening customer partnerships across key MTI accounts.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure strong execution and sustainable business growth within the channel.

This is a high-visibility role with strong career progression opportunities within a reputable multinational FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans across assigned MTI accounts
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share performance
  • Build strong partnerships with key customers and distributor networks
  • Identify growth opportunities through category development, pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies
  • Lead excellence in execution across distribution, visibility, stock availability, and in-store activation
  • Monitor channel performance and analyze commercial data to drive actionable insights
  • Manage budgets and investments effectively to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams within the channel

About You

  • 7–10 years of FMCG sales or key account management experience
  • Strong exposure managing MTI or Modern Trade channels
  • Proven track record delivering commercial growth and managing strategic customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of category management, shopper behaviour, and trade execution
  • Experience working closely with distributors and cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience within a multinational FMCG company (MNC) would be highly advantageous
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and negotiation capability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional English proficiency
