We are currently looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to support and grow the Minimarket channel. This position will play a key role in driving sales performance, strengthening customer partnerships, and executing winning channel strategies across the market.
Candidates with strong exposure across either Minimarket channels are highly encouraged to apply.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and driving execution excellence across the assigned channel.
This role offers strong exposure across Sales, Trade Marketing, and Commercial functions, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further grow their career within a leading FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with key accounts and distributor partners
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share performance within the channel
- Develop and execute customer business plans aligned with commercial objectives
- Identify opportunities across promotions, pricing, assortment, and visibility
- Ensure strong in-store execution including stock availability, displays, and promotional activities
- Analyse sales and market data to generate actionable commercial insights
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Brand teams
- Manage trade spending and investments effectively to maximise ROI
About You
- 5–8 years of FMCG sales or key account management experience
- Strong exposure to Minimart, MTI, or Modern Trade channels
- Proven track record managing key accounts and delivering commercial growth
- Strong understanding of category management and trade execution
- Experience working closely with distributors and retail partners
- Prior experience within a multinational FMCG company (MNC) would be highly advantageous
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and commercially minded
- Professional English communication skills
