Job Description

5+ years Key Account Management in FMCG 2+ years winning with Indomaret Join Kopi Kenangan RTD as a Key Account Manager and lead our charge into the retail market. We need a high-impact hunter who is naturally curious and ready to negotiate the best opportunities for our brand.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years key account management experience (Modern Trade) in the FMCG sector. Hands-on F&B product category exposure will be advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience handling Indomaret account. You should already have an established network within their ecosystem.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Street Smart and highly skilled in negotiation with a sharp business instinct. You know how to extract critical information and turn it into tangible results.
  • Proficient in English both verbal and written.
  • Must have a valid driver license (SIM A) and willingness to travel across Indonesia where necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sustainable growth and profitability for the Indomaret account.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Indomaret.
  • Lead coordination with DC with the most effective way to drive business growth and ensure product execution at the store level.
  • Actively monitor competitor promotions and new products in the field and provide rapid responses to maintain our market dominance.
  • Spot market gaps and able to drive sales and marketing startegy to win from this gap.
  • Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and target setting in alignment with company objectives
  • Manage end-to-end commercial negotiations including listing fees, trading terms, promotions, annual agreements, etc.
  • Monitor and control trade spending to ensure ROI and budget effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Drive distribution expansion, assortment optimization, and in-store execution excellence.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and healthy account receivables
  • Provide regular business reviews and performance reports to management
