About The Role

We're looking for a Key Account Manager for DCommerce who will be owning relationships with key eCommerce platforms and turning joint plans into measurable growth. In this role, you'll partner closely with customers and internal teams to build winning strategies that grow Haleon brands, improve shopper experience, and deliver revenue and profitability targets.

A day in the life

Role Responsibilities:

You will partner with the DComm Lead Indonesia to build joint business plans with key platforms.

  • You will forecast accurately and deliver account results across turnover, market share, and profit.
  • You will manage sell-in to Haleon's national distributor and drive sell-out performance from accounts to end customers.
  • You will build a platform- and customer-centric promotional calendar, designing sales activities that deliver growth.
  • You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (platform accounts and e-distributors) to consistently achieve KPI targets.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Management
  • Business English (intermediate written and spoken) and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
  • 2–4 years of experience in an eCommerce-related role

Preferred Qualifications


If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting
