As an Key Account Manager (Modern Trade Minis), you will:

  • Manage and maintain strong business relationships with modern trade minis accounts and small-to-medium retail chains.
  • Achieve sales targets, distribution growth, and account performance objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, promotional programs, and commercial activities to drive sell-in and sell-out performance.
  • Negotiate product listing, promotion placement, display visibility, and trading terms with buyers or account representatives.
  • Monitor stock availability, sales performance, and promotional effectiveness across assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth account operations.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and improve account performance.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with buyers and key account stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasting, and account performance evaluations.
  • Ensure execution of merchandising and branding activities in line with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as Key Account Executive/Manager, preferably handling Modern Trade Minis accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of sales strategy, trade promotion, and retail business operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel for business meetings and store visits when required.
