As an Key Account Manager (Modern Trade Minis), you will:
- Manage and maintain strong business relationships with modern trade minis accounts and small-to-medium retail chains.
- Achieve sales targets, distribution growth, and account performance objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotional programs, and commercial activities to drive sell-in and sell-out performance.
- Negotiate product listing, promotion placement, display visibility, and trading terms with buyers or account representatives.
- Monitor stock availability, sales performance, and promotional effectiveness across assigned accounts.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth account operations.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and improve account performance.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with buyers and key account stakeholders.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasting, and account performance evaluations.
- Ensure execution of merchandising and branding activities in line with company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as Key Account Executive/Manager, preferably handling Modern Trade Minis accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of sales strategy, trade promotion, and retail business operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel for business meetings and store visits when required.
