What You'll Do

  • Strategic Business Leadership: Own and lead Principal & Enterprise accounts to exceed aggressive Revenue, GP, and growth targets across marketplace channels.
  • Opportunity Growth & Platform Optimization: Identify and maximize business opportunities by utilizing marketplace tools, performance insights, and strategic initiatives across Ads, Affiliates, Livestream, Bundling, Promo tools, and other lower funnel activities.
  • Key Client Partner: Build and maintain senior-level stakeholder relationships; become the trusted advisor for business growth and digital commerce strategy.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing account team ensuring strong execution and continuous performance improvement.
  • Insight & Data-Driven Strategy: Drive business decisions based on in-depth marketplace analysis and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and performance reviews.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace, or Enabler environment, with strong exposure to e-commerce growth tools (Ads, Affiliates, Livestreaming, Promo & lower funnel mechanics).
  • Proven track record managing Key Accounts with responsibility for revenue and profitability targets.
  • Experience handling and managing a team, directly or indirectly with strong leadership and coaching capability.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and scale revenue via platform optimization and strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to perform problem-solving from root cause and make strategic decisions based on data insights.
  • High enthusiasm for building long-term partnerships with clientspositive attitude, extra-mile mindset, and sales-driven approach.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
