About The Team

This role will lead Key Account Management for Electronics & Gadget Enterprise Merchants with focus on managing regional performance across Indonesia. This position is expected to work closely with our Merchant Partner both HQ and Regional team to ensure consistent execution, sales agent deployment and productivity, and merchant growth.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage assigned large enterprise merchants to monitor performance, uptake, and operational issues.
  • Prepare performance reports, insights, and improvement recommendations.
  • Lead regional performance tracking across all Indonesia regions by coordinating with merchants regional teams on targets, activation, and execution issues. Also to ensure alignment between HQ initiatives and regional implementation.
  • Lead sales agent deployment planning by region and monitor agent productivity, coverage and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in Key Account Management, BD, Sales, or Regional Management.
  • Experience in fintech, consumer finance, leasing, payments, or telco is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to large enterprise / key account handling is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with regional teams and managing field sales teams / agents.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Written and Spoken).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good execution, coordination and follow-through.
  • Analytical mindset, able to translate data into actions.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently across Indonesia.
  • Comfortable working on-ground teams and field execution.
  • Able to manage multiple regions and priorities simultaneously.
