Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for NKA key accounts by analyzing account performance and potential to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers, acting as the main liaison between the company and clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and account visits to monitor sales performance, in-store execution, and resolve issues.
  • Plan and execute promotional programs, manage trading term negotiations, and handle product listing in line with company and principal agreements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve competitiveness and identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare SKU-based sales plans, forecasts, and regular account performance reports to support business planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Communication Studies, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an FMCG company.
  • Strong understanding of business trends related to clients and competitors.
  • Knowledge of Category Management concepts and implementation.
  • Proficient in sales forecasting and demand planning.
  • Familiar with Ways of Working (WOW) with Modern Trade customers.
  • Good understanding of contract and commercial agreement management.
  • This role will be positioned as a Key Account Executive and placed at PT Sinarniaga Sejahtera (Garudafood Distributor).
