Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor daily sales team activities.
  • Ensure sales targets and KPI are achieved.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market coverage.
  • Maintain good relationships with distributors, stores, and key accounts.
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor product distribution and stock availability in the market.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance evaluations.
  • Provide coaching, training, and motivation to the sales team.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing and operations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Sales Supervisor or similar role.
  • Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Willing to travel for business trips and field visits.
  • Have a valid driving license (SIM A/C) is a plus
