JOB SUMMARY
Liberty Society is hiring Key Account Executives for our Merchandise and Green Event services. We are looking for driven individuals who can manage and grow strategic client accounts, build strong corporate relationships, and champion our mission for sustainable impact.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and manage leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Identify, develop, and manage a portfolio of key corporate accounts across Merchandise and Green Event services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs, goals, and budgets; and align our offerings accordingly.
- Develop and present tailored proposals, pitches, and account growth plans to key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring smooth handover and execution with the project team.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on targeted campaigns and account-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate account records, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
- Stay current on sustainability trends, green event innovations, and industry developments to advise clients effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or client relations, preferably in events, merchandise, or sustainability sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently in a hybrid setting.
- Existing network within the business or sustainability community is a huge plus.
- Based in or able to commute to the BSD Area.
- Able to join immediately is preferred.
