Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with General Trade or key accounts (e.g. agents, wholesalers, grocery stores, stalls, and market traders).
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives for assigned accounts.
- Plan and execute trade promotions, listing, and in-store activities with key accounts.
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock availability, and product distribution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth account operations.
- Negotiate commercial terms, promotional support, and trading agreements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account performance analysis.
- Ensure proper execution of display, visibility, and merchandising in stores.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as Key Account Executive in General Trade or Modern Trade.
- Strong understanding of General Trade or Modern Trade channels and retail operations.
- Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience in FMCG or beauty industry is a plus.
