About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join beauty company as a Key Account Executive. In this full-time role based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and driving business growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account customers especially for health and beauty channels (Guardian, Watson, or Hypermarket, Supermarket, Minimarkets, etc)
  2. Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, understanding their needs and requirements
  3. Identify new opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
  5. Actively participate in account planning and strategy development
  6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  7. Provide regular updates and reports on account performance

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years experience in account management or business development, ideally within the key account management.
  2. Preferably someone from personal care, beauty, skincare company background.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  6. Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions
  7. Willing to commute and able to speak English
