Brief Summary
This is a contract on-site role for a Key Account Executive (E-Commerce) at Bisa Tumbuh in BSD Tangerang. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with brand clients, ensuring their success across multiple e-commerce platforms, and driving growth through effective account strategies.
Role Description:
- Build and maintain key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor account performance on TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, & Lazada.
- Drive sales growth through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Create sales target & monthly promo plan
- Ensure smooth listings, promotions, and timely updates on digital platforms.
- Track sales, stock levels, and product availability across channels.
- Support brand growth and visibility strategies.
- Handle client inquiries and deliver high-quality service.
- Report on account performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Possible joining ASAP (within December 2025)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (experience in an e-commerce enabler company is a strong plus)
- Familiarity with platform policies and operations (especially TikTok, Shopee, and Tokopedia)
- Preferably holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, or Statistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong grasp of store management principles and e-commerce operations
- Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills
- Able to work quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
