Job Description

Position Summary

The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing relationships with distributors across Indonesia, supporting sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating projects from initiation to completion. This role works closely with distributors, customers, and internal teams to achieve business targets and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Manage and maintain relationships with distributors across Indonesia.
  • Support distributors in achieving sales targets and expanding market coverage.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions with distributors.
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and demand forecasts.
  • Address customer and distributor concerns and provide timely solutions.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer engagement.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads for potential projects and customers.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective customers.
  • Support negotiations and commercial discussions to secure new business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or project coordination.
  • Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or B2B customers is preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational and project coordination abilities.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Willing to travel across Indonesia as required
