Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key Modern Trade accounts across Health & Beauty, Drugstore, Department Store, Beauty Platforms, Supermarket, and MTI channels.
  • Build strong strategic relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, margins, listings, promotions, and commercial agreements.
  • Execute and manage promotional programs in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance by account and SKU, including weekly and monthly reporting.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree (any major), preferably from Beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Modern Trade sales as a Key Account.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
  • Highly disciplined, proactive, integrity-driven
