Key Account Development (Keep & Grow)

Requirements:

• Minimum holds a Bachelor's Degree from any major.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial and sales experience, with at least 3 years as a manager and the ability to collaborate with key roles at the C-level.
• Have a thorough understanding of the Facility Management/Financial Services/New Technology segment
• Understand and familiar with the end-to-end tender process.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and analyzed critically.
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good English writing and speaking skills.
• Have a sufficiency knowledge of Business Development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop potential business in the Facility Management/Services, Financial Services & New Technology
• Carry out research and identify the market and potential clients.
• Establish connections with C-level of potential clients.
• Identify and analyzed potential client's needs and pour it into an interesting business proposal.
• Conduct negotiations with prospective clients in accordance with the sales process framework rules.
• Work closely with related organization functions to fulfil and enhance end-to-end service solutions.
