Logistics & Admin Assistant Manager
Location: Indonesia, Jakarta
Reports to: Transport, Customs and Compliance Manager
Your opportunity
The role supports Kering based in Indonesia. You will work closely with local stakeholders (3PL, finance, logistics, administrations, retail operations) as well as regional functions based in Singapore and Malaysia.
First, you are responsible for coordinating and monitoring inbound shipments, inventory and warehouse activities, to secure logistics execution and match expected service level at defined costs. The priority is to reach operational excellence in order fulfilment and reverse logistics, to reach clients and stores on time and meet Brands expectations.
A key aspect of your role is to ensure that logistics flows and processes are compliant with applicable laws and regulations imposed by local governments by providing information, advice and guidance on transportation and trade compliance matters, on all type of Fashion & Jewelry Goods.
Assistance in administrative and finance tasks will be also required.
You will succeed by providing efficient shipments handling and coordinating, formalizing standard operating procedures, reporting and sharing insights to drive efficiency and to support profitability.
You will have a key role of representation towards local offices and administrations. You will communicate with, develop, and maintain positive relationships with both external and internal cross functional partners.
