Job Description :
- Implementing a security system in accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Increased security element in PSM.
- Minimize the amount of loss in the estate.
- Helps identify security and theft problems.
- Make decisions and provide quick and precise response to any problems that require input and implement good coordination of work for the achievement of customer satisfaction (internal and external).
- Within the scope of its staff to increase and be responsible for the profitability of the company
- Plan, develop and empower existing human resources and anticipate the needs of human resources (new blood, if required) in the ranks on an ongoing basis.
Job Requirement :
- Maximum age 60 years
- Ex-TNI/POLRI with the last rank of First Sergeant (Sergeant) are welcome to apply
- Have excellent physical and mental condition
- Discipline
- Able to plan and implement security strategies in plantation areas
- Ready to be placed in all Sinarmas plantation operational areas (Sumatra/Kalimantan)
