Oversee the daily operations and management of educational hubs.
Responsible for evaluating and modifying learning plans on the SMM location, coordinating with academics in completing assignments, preparing for additional activities in the SMM location, and leading the SMM location teachers including teacher meetings in carry out reflection, monitoring, and training.
Drive business growth by developing strategies and nurturing relationships.
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet targets.
Lead and inspire a dynamic team of educators and support staff.
Ensure the delivery of an exceptional learning experience.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the local community.
Provide regular reports on hub performance and recommend improvements.
Promote a creative and flexible work environment to enhance educational excellence.

Requirement
Undergraduate degree majoring in education field
Have experience in managing school/education institution (such as Principal, Vice Principal, Head of Program, Academic Coordinator or related)
Have knowledge about business operation, pedagogical, peraturan pendidikan & daerah. Sales funneling is a plus
Have a good skill on google suite (spreadsheet, docs, presentation), report writing, data analysis, handling complaints, and teamwork
