Job Descriptions:
Provide guidance on SEZ incentives, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements to support investor decision-making.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with SEZ priority sectors.
Prepare proposals, business cases, and commercial structures (lease, JV, BTS, or land purchase options).
Maintain CRM data, pipeline tracking, and reporting to support performance monitoring and forecasting.
Facilitate investors through the full setup journey until they are fully operational within the SEZ.
Ensure high-quality investor experience through responsive service and proactive follow-up.
Assist Salesperson close the deal with prospective buyers.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field.
Minimum 36 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Investment Promotion, or related commercial roles.
Prior experience in industrial estate, SEZ/KEK, property, infrastructure, or B2B investment-related sectors is highly preferred.
Experience in preparing commercial proposals (lease, JV, BTS, land purchase), and/or similar financial considerations.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, licensing processes, and investment requirements within SEZ/KEK is highly preferred.
Strong analytical thinking; Good understanding of investor needs, market trends, and competitive positioning
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English is highly preferred.
Proactive, responsive, and customer-focused.
Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
