Job Description Summary :

Coordinate KCP operations include the activities of Kernel Palm receipts, production and expenditure of KCP products including all supporting facilities, to ensure the availability of goods with appropriate quality and timely delivery.

Job Description :

• Responsible and ensure the running of the entire manufacturing function, to ensure the achievement of production targets on demand-based KCP by optimizing the cost, quality and timeliness set.

• Responsible to coordinate production planning in KCP with PPC section.

• Responsible for the running of production and activity processes in KCP in accordance with applicable operational standards and quality standards.

• Responsible for the smoothness of the production process to meet the needs of trading.

• Responsible for timely and effective handling for each production problem in KCP.

• Responsible in maintaining and keeping the company's rules and liabilities executed with full awareness in line with the rights received by employees.

• Carries out his work relating to work as instructed by his superiors.

• Coordinate the KCP team to achieve each KPI.

• Running Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.

• Responsible for the implementation of subordinate employee discipline.

• Running quality management system and food safety (HACCP, ISO, Halal) & Sustainable System, eg: ISCC.

• Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness at work sites.

• Controlling and responsible for optimizing the performance of production processes in all production areas by taking into account aspects of production targets / standards, cost and consistency of product quality that have been determined together (benchmark / KPI).

• Coordinate the planning and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance on all production facilities in all production areas according to predetermined schedule.

• Responsible for analysis of production performance reports generated by the SAP system as a basis for management decision making.

• Create and take responsibility for implementation and monitoring of annual budgets.

• Responsible for planning and implementation of continuous improvement, cost reduction through treboughput enhancement and material usage throughout the production area.

• Ensure the implementation of Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.

• Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.

• Responsible for the development of employees throughout the production area.

• Maintain the confidentiality of all operating conditions and formulas throughout the production process.

• Coordinate the KCP team to achieve their respective KPIs.

• Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all work equipment (equipment) and cleanliness at work sites.

• Ensure smooth operation of production goes well and Qualitas of production.

• Ensure the production process can be traced to CPO non ISCC and ISCC (No. Reg ISCC, GHG Enssion, Total Certified Product) and RBDPO non ISCC and ISCC (No.Reg ISCC, GHG Emission, Total Certified Product) overall.

• Keeping the seria to keep the work discipline in full awareness.

• Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the work site and surrounding environment (including early management of process waste).

• Conduct a risk evaluation of the production process along with the General Manager & Deputy General Manager.

• Coordinate with the supply chain in terms of requiring the production process.

• Report the problem, related to Food / Feed Safety Management System (if any) to Food / Feed Safety coordinator.

Job Requirement :

• Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

• Having min 5 years of working experience as KCP Section Head at Refinery Palm Oil industries

• Good in communications and analytical thinking

• Willing to be placed in Tarjun Refinery (South Kalimantan)
