Job Description

TDR FILMS is hiring a Junior Videographer to support the production of high-quality video content for our clients. This role requires a hands-on videographer who is comfortable working independently, capable of handling on-site production, and committed to delivering professional visual standards across commercial and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce video content for TDR FILMS clients, including brand, commercial, documentary, and social media projects
  • Handle on-location video shooting independently with minimal supervision
  • Operate cameras, lenses, audio equipment, and basic lighting setups
  • Execute shots according to creative direction, briefs, and project objectives
  • Assist in planning shots, basic story structure, and visual execution
  • Collaborate with producers, directors, and editors during production
  • Manage and organize footage after each shoot
  • Perform basic to intermediate video editing if assigned (for editing-track candidates)
  • Maintain professionalism when representing TDR FILMS on client sites

Who We Prefer

  • Must be currently based in Bali
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a videographer is preferred
  • Fresh graduates and final-year college students are welcome to apply
  • Able to work independently and resolve tasks without close supervision
  • Strong understanding of basic cinematography, framing, composition, and camera movement
  • Own and be proficient in using necessary filming equipment, including camera, lenses, and basic accessories
  • Comfortable working on client locations and production sets
  • Reliable, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Mandatory Application Details

Editing Skills (Optional but Preferred)

  • Ability to perform basic to intermediate video editing
  • Familiar with DaVinci Resolve
  • Understanding of post-production workflow and visual storytelling

Interview

  • Interview will be conducted on-site (offline) in Bali
  • Online interviews will not be considered

Candidates must be ready to work in a professional production environment and represent TDR FILMS directly in front of clients. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude are highly valued.
