Junior QA Manual Tester (Banking)

Job Description:
- Design, create, and execute test cases based on business and system requirements.
- Perform Manual Testing, including Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools.
- Validate application functionality and ensure system quality before production deployment.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Prepare test execution reports and provide testing progress updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of internship and/or work experience in Manual Software Testing.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.
- Experience creating and executing test cases and reporting defects.
- Familiar with Jira or other defect tracking tools.
- Experience with Postman and SQL/database validation is a plus.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Jakarta.
- Banking project experience is a plus.
- Available to join in early August 2026. Candidates with an ASAP notice period will be prioritized.
