Responsibilities and Duties:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all villas food preparation and culinary activities.
- Develop, modify, and implement villas menus to meet Aman's quality and guest expectations.
- Ensure authentic presentation of the cuisine in line with Aman Villas Nusa Dua standards.
- Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation and hygiene regulations.
- Provide continuous coaching and development to ensure consistent culinary excellence.
- Engage with villas guests to understand and personalize their dining preferences.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or special requests with discretion and care.
- Execute administrative tasks efficiently to support villas culinary operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef, ideally within luxury resorts, private villas, or fine-dining establishments.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and training skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while delivering consistently exceptional results.
- Strong financial acumen in food costing, budgeting, and resource management.
- Professional culinary qualifications preferred.
- Fluency in English
