About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer (Full stack) to join our growing team. You will develop new systems with high autonomy, focusing on backend, frontend, and system architecture to help the product grow to maturity.

What You'll Do

  • Build end-to-end software components across frontend and backend (APIs, data models, and user interfaces).
  • Make key architecture decisions to ensure programs are well-tested before deployment.
  • Continuously improve UX/UI on already built components.
  • Collaborate with prospective clients to help implement our solution.
  • Work in collaboration with an international team.

What We're Looking For

  • Candidate must be based in Indonesia
  • 1.5 years of experience in full-stack software development (including projects, internships, and personal work), demonstrated through mid- to large-scale projects built during university and personal time.
  • Solid knowledge of Python, databases (SQL), and React.js (or a comparable modern frontend framework)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong ownership
  • Excellent proactivity in identifying future needs and in finding creative solutions to problems.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
