What you'll do

• Work with senior engineers to build and maintain backend services used across Flip's ecosystem.
• Write clear, tested, and efficient code, mainly in Go.
• Review and learn from code written by peers and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver reliable features.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues under guidance.

What you'll need

• Basic programming experience in any backend language (Go experience is a strong plus).
• Understanding of core computer science concepts: data structures, algorithms, OOP, and clean code principles.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• Good problem-solving mindset and eagerness to grow.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.
