Junior Site & Landscape Designer (Hospitality & Residential)

Its floating structures are conceived to minimize environmental impact and are operated with a carbon-neutral approach. Stilt Studios offers units for sale and also develops and manages them as short-term rentals, combining design, sustainability, and operational expertise.

Role Description The Junior Site & Landscape Designer (Hospitality & Residential) is a full-time, on-site role based in Canggu/Uluwatu. This position supports the creation of site and landscape design concepts for hospitality and residential projects, translating design intent into detailed drawings and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with site planning, hardscape layouts, planting plans, and landscape detailing, as well as preparing visual presentations and CAD drawings. The role involves coordinating with architects, senior designers, and project managers, conducting site visits, and helping to ensure designs are practical, sustainable, and aligned with Stilt Studios aesthetic and environmental standards. The designer also contributes to design revisions based on feedback and collaborates with contractors and vendors to support implementation on site.

Qualifications

Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; solid working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong ability to read, interpret, and produce architectural and technical detail drawings.

Keens sense of spatial storytelling, outdoor materiality, planting design, and exterior lighting techniques.

Comfortable moving around active construction sites and communicating directly with site crews and specialized vendors.

Proactive, organized, and capable of managing small-scale scopes independently.

Willing to be located in Canggu and/or Uluwatu
