Job Description

We are looking for a Server Engineer to manage and support enterprise server infrastructure, ensuring system stability, availability, and operational excellence across business-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, administer, and maintain Oracle Solaris operating systems and Solaris Cluster environments.
Manage and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server platforms.
Monitor server performance, availability, and system health.
Perform server troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
Support system patching, upgrades, maintenance, and capacity planning.
Implement and maintain system security best practices.
Prepare and maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to support enterprise operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Server Administration or System Engineering.
Experience administering Oracle Solaris operating systems.
Familiarity with Oracle Solaris Cluster environments.
Hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
Experience managing Windows Server environments.
Knowledge of enterprise server operations, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of operating system administration and system security.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Solaris certification.
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or equivalent.
Microsoft Windows Server certification.
Experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, or large enterprise environments.
