Key Responsibilities

1. Conducting pre-formulations, proto-typing and product development of various dosage forms including Existing Product Development (EPD) and Innovation projects of household insecticide department in Indonesia
2. Creating formulation by utilizing measurement techniques to characterize and predict product behavior over time
3. Conducting research on new technology or product development, raw materials, cost analysis, stability studies, and performance evaluation in laboratory settings to improve existing products or develop new products
4. Maintain collaboration within regulatory & participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and effective product launches
5. Reviewing and monitoring data from ongoing experiments to ensure that protocols are being followed and problems are resolved quickly
6. Developing new procedures for conducting more efficient experiments or studies to advance knowledge in the field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder from chemistry with a minimum GPA 3.00 from a reputable University
• Experience in the field of formulation development preferably in the field of household insecticides/Hygiene/Air Care will be preferable but fresh graduates will also welcome
• Preferred Skills: Formulation development, scientific research with laboratory set-up, and knowledge on laboratory devices
• Good communication in English is a must
• Demonstrate a good verbal and written communication skill, and be comfortable in public speaking situations
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Highly driven shown by proactivity, critical thinking, taking initiative, and getting things done properly
• Have a huge passion for approaching things scientifically for industrial excellence
• Work placement is in Halim, East Jakarta
