We're hiring Jurnior Regional Tax to cover regional tax and ensure tax compliance and timely tax submission for our multiple F&B outlets across Indonesia by regions. This role ensures adherence to Indonesian tax regulations, internal controls, and reporting standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- 12 years of tax or accounting experience; exposure to F&B, retail, or FMCG is a plus.
- Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and DJP Online.
- Basic understanding of PSAK and general accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (SAP/Oracle/Accurate preferred).
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple outlets/regions.
- Proactive, collaborative, and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
Job Role
- Preparing documents and data related to regional tax matters by preparing data and information related to NOPD registration in Tax Office
- Preparing PB1 tax Calculation, billing code payment for PB1, and submission tax report to Tax Office
- Preparing Advertisement Tax Calculation, billing code payment for Advertisement Tax, and submission tax report to Tax Office
- Collecting SKPD Tax Advertisement from Tax Office, prepare tax payment for SKPD, Submission SKPD report to Tax Office
- Preparing Tax Code billing, documentation for Monthly Tax Return
- Ensuring that the withholding tax is deducted accurately and remitted to the tax authorities in a timely manner, adhering to legal requirements
- Keep informed about changes in tax laws and regulations, and deliver the information to the related team
- Assisting the preparation of financial statements related to regional taxes for internal and external reporting purposes
- Collaborating with related departments to gather necessary information for tax-related disclosures
- Supporting tax audits, responding to inquiries and providing documentation as needed
- Working closely with external auditors to ensure accurate and efficient tax audit processes
- Maintaining organized and detailed documentation of all regional tax-related activities and decisions
- Maintaining Vendor Master Data in Oracle / SAP By maintaining tax database and documentation in system
