About the Role

We are looking for Junior Product Manager to support the development and management of payment products and services. This role will work closely with business, technology, operations, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs, support product development, and deliver solutions that create value for customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the product lifecycle from ideation, requirements gathering, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyze customer, market, and business needs to identify product opportunities.
• Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technology, business, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure product requirements are properly delivered.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product strategy and development.
• Prepare product documentation, presentations, reports, and product updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in product development and technology.
• Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• Experience or academic/project exposure in product management, business analysis, fintech, banking, or payment systems is an advantage.
