IMPORTANT NOTE : This is a contract position under third party company (outsourcing)
What you'll be doing
- Calculating and checking payroll calculation for our outsourcing & support employees, including regular pay, overtime and deductions
- Ensuring payroll compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintaining accurate records and payroll data
- Preparing and submitting payroll-related reports, filings & payments documents
- Responding to employee inquiries and addressing any payroll-related concerns
- Collaborating with the coordinator & head office team to ensure a seamless payroll process
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of on-hand experience as payroll officer or similar role
- A degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and regulation
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications (Ms365/Google Workspace)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees
