Job Description

1 year contract

Role Overview

  • Support daily Patient Program operations and transaction flow
  • Ensure execution aligns with SOP, timeline, and data accuracy
  • Handle communication with patients, doctors, pharmacies, and distributors
  • To maintain constant and direct communication with Program Manager.
  • Monitor patient schedule, escalate discrepancies and support issue resolution.
  • Respond promptly to queries
  • Verifies patient registration details
  • Verifies patient invoices/receipts
  • Verifies patient prescription
  • Follow up patient to check medication dispensing & receipts
  • Update and maintain internal databases
  • Provide operational support as directed by stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Education: Preferably health-related (Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health), open to others with relevant experience
  • Experience: Fresh graduate or 0–2 years (healthcare ops, pharma support, customer service, admin)

Skills:

  • Strong communication
  • Detail-oriented & organized
  • Ability to learn new information quickly
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, internal and external stakeholder
