Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the real-time flow of incoming orders from various e-commerce channels and marketplaces via the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Supervise the daily picking, packing, and dispatching processes to maintain a high-velocity and error-free outbound operation.
  • Coordinate directly with 3PL (third-party logistics) partners and couriers to ensure timely handover, manifest signing, and fleet dispatch.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational blockages, system errors, or pending orders in the outbound queue to prevent SLA breaches.
  • Conduct daily quality checks on packed orders to ensure compliance with merchant packaging guidelines and safety standards.
  • Track key outbound performance metrics, including order processing time, handover lead time, and SLA compliance rates.
  • Maintain precise outbound documentation, including delivery notes, manifests, shipping labels, and system status updates.
  • Manage the inventory levels of packaging materials and consumables, raising replenishment requests to avoid any operational downtime.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory, Inbound, and Customer Service teams to address discrepancies, stock shortages, or order cancellation requests.
  • Prepare daily and weekly outbound performance reports for management, highlighting key bottleneck areas and recommending process improvements.

Requirements

  • Hold at least a High School certificate (SMA/SMK), a Diploma, or a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related discipline.
  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, outbound logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and marketplace seller center platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of logistics SLAs, shipping procedures, courier manifests, and dispatch management.
  • Maintain high proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Display meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when managing large volumes of orders and shipping labels.
  • Show a self-driven, highly intuitive approach and collaborate effectively as a team player with a results-orientated mindset under high-pressure situations.
  • Solve problems efficiently, with the ability to make quick decisions to resolve courier or order-related issues.
  • Adapt readily to flexible working hours, including shift patterns, weekends, and peak promotional campaign periods (e.g., double-date mega campaigns).
  • Commit to working on-site at SIRCLO's Jabodetabek warehouse.
