Job Description
Responsibilities
- Operate livestream flow (scenes, visuals, audio, video, internet) run optimally.
- Coordinate with hosts, co-host, and LSC in real-time during the session.
- Monitor live chat, audience interactions, and ensure gimmicks/promotions are executed according to plan.
- Implement engagement strategies (quizzes, flash sales, voucher drops) as directed by the LSC.
- Manage the content conversion into the video on demand (VOD).
- Set up relevant properties with other crew members and venue A/V technicians.
- Submit post-event reports as requested by Senior Live streaming Production.
- Maintain professionalism in the studio and ensure all equipment is ready for use.
- Have experience in technical operation or related field.
- Possess familiarity with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) or vMix and digital live streaming platforms, such as Tokopedia Play, Shopee Live, Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Preferably have experience working in a live streaming platform or in the television industry.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Available to work in flexible working hours, and ready to work in shifts
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) at SIRCLO Studio, BSD.
