We are building TimeMe, a modern workforce management platform designed to streamline scheduling, time tracking, and operational efficiency for teams across industries. Our goal is to deliver a clean, intuitive, and scalable user experience that simplifies complex workflows for businesses and their employees.
To support our growing product and design needs, we're looking for a Junior/Mid UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences and is comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Location: Remote (Indonesia-based)
Timezone: CET collaboration (evening hours required)
Type: Full-time / Hourly
Responsibilities:
- Work under the guidance of a Product/Design Lead and collaborate directly with the customer's Product Team
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web-based applications (TimeMe platform)
- Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Continuously improve user experience based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing
- Maintain and evolve a consistent design system and UI components
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
- Participate in customer-facing discussions and design reviews (CET timezone)
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in UI/UX design (Junior to Mid-level)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web+mobile application design (preferably SaaS or B2B products)
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS, Angular is a plus)
- Experience working in agile environments with product and engineering teams
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design or openness to using AI tools in workflows
- Strong communication skills and fluent English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work evenings (Indonesia time) to align with CET customers
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing fintech, HRTech, or workforce management tools
- Exposure to accessibility standards and responsive design
- Experience with usability testing or user research
- Understanding of data-heavy UI (dashboards, analytics views)
