This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Marketing Staff located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The daily responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting in developing and executing marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. The Junior Marketing Staff will also communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Ability to perform Market Research and develop Marketing Strategies
• Basic understanding of Sales and supporting sales-related activities
• Proficiency in digital tools and marketing platforms is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
