Junior Marketing Staff (Jakarta Selatan)

Role Description:

This full-time, on-site Marketing Officer role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Marketing Officer will plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and support business growth, working closely with sales and other internal teams. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies. The role involves managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and optimizing performance. The Marketing Officer will also support sales initiatives through marketing materials, event coordination, and reporting on campaign results to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong Marketing and Sales skills, with experience supporting revenue and brand growth initiatives.
• Proficiency in Market Research, including data collection, analysis, and insight generation.
• Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, publishing, and performance tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with basic marketing analytics tools and MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with design tools is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
